A Ruana cloak or cape is a traditionally Colombian or Venezualan style wrap cape. Vest like blanket style with slits up the side like a poncho. The side slits have ties to adjust for size and give it more structure. Usually the cloak is belted or wrapped around the neck like a scarf.
