Eye Shadow Primer is a base for a perfect eye lid make-up. The texture of the primer is creamy and velvety enhancing the color intensity of the eye shadow. Counteracts oily eyelids. Also effective around nose, other oily areas. The primer allows a perfect application and blending.

Do NOT use under eye. Too drying for delicate under eye tissue. Avoid underyeye.
