The corset is made of shimmering gold Indian sari fabric with deep red embroidery and gold, hand appliqued sequins. This style corset is one of our most popular shapes. Lightly boned, it smooths the line of the body from bust to hip. Based on a classic Victorian silhouette, it is cut in the shorter French style of that period. The embroidered flourishes adds to the delicate and demure feeling of this simple silhouette. The corset is laced up the back with matching gold satin ribbons.

The lightly trained skirt is made of deep red silk with a coordinating border at the hem to match the gold corset. The Gold border is adorned with matching burgundy embroidery highlighted with tiny gold sequins. This style of skirt is made of three gores with front darts for shaping over the hip. It features an adjustable waistband and a slight train at the back for dramatic effect.
